Women’s Advocacy Seminar: Impact Policies that Impact Women

Learn about community advocacy and how women can impact good legislation supporting women and family economic prosperity during the upcoming 2018 State Legislative Session. Action Utah and the Women’s Leadership Institute will guide you through community lobbying 101 and insider’s tips, then we’ll hear from bill sponsors and advocates about a slate of bills you can help get passed this year.

Featured speakers include: Pat Jones (former state senator and CEO of Women’s Leadership Institute), Andrea Himoff (Executive Director of Action Utah), Rep. Becky Edwards (state representative, R-District 20) and Rep. Rebecca Chavez-Houck (state representative, D-District 24).
