Investing in Women
We help organizations understand and embrace the value of gender diversity and support their efforts to drive change. As demand for diverse leadership grows, we equip women with the skills, mindset, and experience to advance. The Women’s Leadership Institute offers development programs that build leadership pipelines in both business and politics.

What Do We Teach?
All our programs have different purposes. We create supportive environments where women can come together to learn and grow.
We teach important skills such as value-driven decision-making, giving and receiving feedback, and negotiation. We also teach skills that address work/life balance, navigating being the “only” in the room, recognizing and engaging with internal social networks, and finding mentors.

Nominating WLI program alumni to speak in our cohorts and on Elevate, WLI’s weekly podcast.
Political Mentoring
In partnership with Utah Women Run, we pair experienced mentors with women interested in further developing their political acumen.
