Every year, we meet women who work in education, for other nonprofits, or with small companies. Tuition is their stumbling block. Your donation today removes financial barriers and opens doors for determined women who feel like professional education isn’t meant for them.

Rising Leader Series
Our 6-month program was designed fro emerging leadres to step into their first management role with ease, confidence, and purpose. Participants develop their confidence to lead authentically, trained to apply communication skills, and the nuances of leadership you can’t learn from a traditional classroom.
Perfect for: Women in early-to-mid career ready to advance
Timeframe: March to August 2026
Format: In-person classes, once a month
Career Development Series
Our flagship (and most popular) development program. Participants level-up and transform their approach to leadership and build a career that’s meaningful and impactful. This program dives into executive leadership principles and mindset, preparing them the assume VP and director roles in their company. Now available in Salt Lake and Utah Counties and a Southern Utah cohort in Kanab.
Perfect for: Women who already have management experience and want to become executive-level leaders
Timeframe: January to August 2026
Format: In-person classes, once a month
