Investing in Women

Our primary focus is helping organizations understand and embrace the value of gender diversity. We also saw as organizations started creating change, they needed women with the skills, mindset, and experience to move up the leadership pipeline.  As an Institute, we have created three development programs to build that pipeline in business and politics. 

Rising leader Series

This new program is aimed at helping women confidently step up as leaders. If leadership is the next-level for you, this cohort is a must.


Career Development Series

Our annual Career Development Series - Wasatch Front & Rural Expansion -  helps women develop their leadership and better lead their teams. 


Political Development Series

Our nonpartisan Political Development Series prepares and develops future female political candidates for local and state-wide offices.

What Do We Teach?

All our programs are different. However, they are all supportive, positive environments where women can come together to create change.

We teach the important skills of leadership, value-driven decision-making, giving and receiving feedback, and negotiation. We also teach skills that address work/life balance, navigating being the “only” in the room, recognizing and engaging with internal social networks, and finding mentors.
