Career Development Series

Elevate your career.

Now is the time to take your career to the next level.

WLI’s Career Development Series will help you develop relevant skills and career strategies to improve your future possibilities.

Beginning in January 2019, join us once a month for three hours over lunch and learn from highly qualified experts on relevant topics like transferable skill development, mentorship, negotiation strategies, maximizing your potential and implicit bias.

In the CDS, you will maximize your career choices, increase your network of colleagues and mentors, as well as learn from experts through our specific career development curriculum. As a bonus, all series participants will build a digital portfolio to support resume and career growth.

The career development curriculum is supplemented with a state-of-the-art online learning portal, encouraging learning throughout the entire 8-month series. In addition, the sessions are hosted by some of Utah’s most innovative organizations, offering a peek at various companies and occupations.

The CDS is perfect for the mid to upper-level employee ready to move up and we are now accepting applicationsThe cost of the series is a reasonable $995 for seven sessions plus an end-of-session celebration in August of 2019.
