Meet Ashley DeHaan

Ashley DeHaan serves as the Director of Business Development at the Women’s Leadership Institute Utah, where she leads efforts to expand strategic partnerships, deepen organizational impact, and support sustainable growth. In this role, she works closely with corporate partners, community stakeholders, and internal teams to advance WLI’s work elevating women into leadership across business and civic arenas.

A mission-driven business development and operations leader with over 15 years of experience, Ashley brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to strategy, partnerships, and process optimization. She excels at stewarding meaningful relationships and aligning strategy with mission and measurable outcomes.

Ashley is deeply motivated by work rooted in care, connection, and community. She feels most aligned when supporting her people—both professionally and personally—and brings that same nurturing leadership philosophy to her role at WLI. Passionate about purpose-led growth, she is committed to helping organizations move forward with clarity, intention, and purpose.

Outside of work, Ashley finds her greatest joy in being a mother and spending time in the mountains. She loves camping, hiking, fishing, and being immersed in nature. These passions ground her and inspire the balance, resilience, and perspective she brings to her leadership.
