Meet Becky Marquette

Becky is currently leading university development initiatives at WGU with the belief that education provides individuals and families with one of the surest pathways to a better life because every individual has the capacity for learning and attainment. Most recently Becky was Director of Operations for L3 Technologies where she drove break-through performance in business operations. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah and an MBA from Westminster College. She has 20 years of experience in operations management, team building, strategy deployment, leadership development, continuous process improvement and project management. Becky has been active in Utah economic development activities by serving as chair and executive board member for the Utah Manufacturers Association as well as board member of the University of Utah Engineering Alumni Association. Becky is married with an 8-year old son. Her hobbies include exploring the outdoors through physical activity and world travel.
