Meet Dustin Lipson
President, Primary Children’s HospitalDustin Lipson is the President of Primary Children’s Hospital where he has spent more than ten years in senior leadership. In addition to his work in Children’s Health, Dustin served as the Director of Healthcare Transformation for Intermountain Health leading many aspects of Intermountain’s population health strategy from 2010-2013. Prior to his health care career, Dustin spent eleven years with GE Capital in various leadership roles in Finance, Risk Management, and General Management. He has a graduate degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree in Religious Studies, Economics, and German from Fairfield University.
On a personal note, Dustin is married and has two children. He enjoys backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and watching his kids play soccer. Dustin is a two-time Ironman triathlete. From 2013-2019, Dustin served on the Board of Directors of the National Ability Center, an organization dedicated to adaptive recreation and therapy. Since 2020, he has served on the Board of Directors, currently as Vice Chair, of Voices for Utah Children, Utah’s leading voice for policy issues affecting children.
