Emily Rushton built Hire Integrated on this belief and in September 2025 the firm was acquired by Waterstone Human Capital, joining Marty Parker’s 23-year vision of culture-driven, high-impact recruiting. Together, the firms combine human insight with data-driven precision to put heart and science into every search.

As President and Managing Director of Waterstone USA, Emily leads with the philosophy that recruiting is about storytelling and helping candidates shape their own career journeys. She began her career at Robert Half, earning national recognition as a Chairman’s Club honoree, and later held leadership roles at SEARCH Group Partners and PrincePerelson & Associates. She has partnered with companies such as Goldman Sachs, Netflix, Morgan Stanley, Henkel Consumer Goods, Trucordia, and Sutter Health to help them attract and retain top talent.

Emily has been recognized as HR Innovator of the Year 2024. She serves on the NACD Sponsor Advisory Council, the American Heart Association Utah Executive Leadership Team Board, and the fundraising committee for A Bolder Way Forward, reflecting her commitment to leadership, culture, and community.
