Meet Kelly Mendenhall

Kelly Mendenhall is the Director of Regulatory and Pricing for Dominion Energy. He oversees state regulatory strategy, filings and proceedings and works with the state utility commissions in Utah, Wyoming, and Idaho.

Mendenhall joined the company in October 1998. He has over 20 years of state and federal regulatory experience and has held various analyst and management roles during that time. He assumed his current position in January 2018.

He is a member of the executive board of directors of the Utah Foundation and was previously a board member of the Utah Manufacturer’s Association.

Mendenhall holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah and his MBA from Westminster College.  He is currently licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Utah.

He and his wife Stephanie enjoy traveling with their three children.
