Meet Nicole Carpenter

Director, Women's Leadership Institute

Nicole Carpenter has been a part of the Women’s Leadership Institute since its inception in 2015 as a member of the Advisory Board. In 2017, Nicole began serving as an integral part of the WLI team. Currently, she is the Director of Operations and Programs.

In addition, Nicole is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a sought-after speaker, trainer, and panelist in the community.

Previous to WLI, Nicole advocated for women as an author, speaker, and founder of MOMentity.com, which was an online community for overwhelmed moms. Nicole was a syndicated columnist for 5 years and is the author of “52 Weeks to Fortify Your Family: 5-minute messages” (Cedar Fort 2015). Nicole has a bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from Weber State University.

Nicole loves to read and watercolor and is raising four kids who are starting to leave the nest — ages 20, 18, and 15-year-old twins. This means she really spends her time waiting up late for teenagers to get home, keeping high-quality snacks in the pantry, and building parental bonds through texts, memes, and TikTok.
