Meet Dr. Ruchi Watson

Ruchi M. Watson is a dynamic educator and strategist who equips students, professionals, and organizations to navigate complex challenges through strategic leadership. With a unique blend of academic and industry experience, she spent nearly a decade on the leadership team at the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business and ten years in the corporate sector at Fortune 500 companies. Specializing in leadership development, organizational strategy, and experiential learning, Ruchi is passionate about empowering individuals to rise as strategic leaders who drive sustained value and impact. She earned her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and her doctorate in Higher Education Management from the University of Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on strategy and women’s leadership.
