This isn’t a stuffy, leadership class. It’s a carefully designed, 6-month arc to take you from:

While we encourage you to attend in person—that’s were all the magic happens—every class is recorded so you won’t miss critical content.
Wondering if your employer can sponsor your continuing education?
We work with dozens of employers across the state to set up sponsorships. Let us know if you need help and we’ll work with you to secure their approval.
Worried about the time commitment?
Especially if you need to use PTO to attend class, the time commitment can feel huge. Securing employer approval can help, and keep in mind that it’s 4.5 hours a month. Six days over six months to invest in the next decade of your career.
