We invite you to explore the positive impacts women have on their homes, communities and workplaces. Engage in the stories of a variety of women leaders and craft your own pathway to enhanced leadership opportunity. The program is in four sections with lunch included between sessions three and four. We hope you will come join us!
Registration is open to all who are interested and we thank our generous sponsor Three Corners Women’s Giving Circle for making it possible for us to invite college students to attend as well.
The event will kick off with a welcome from Pat Jones, Sheryl Allen, and Nina Barnes.

The Energy of Women Leaders: Potential, Barriers, and Momentum
These three women leaders will explore why women are needed as leaders, the impact that women leaders have and some of the potential barriers women might encounter. With decades of combined leadership, these women will share real-life experiences and research to showcase why increased women’s leadership is urgently needed in our communities.

More and more women are becoming civically engaged in political office, in advocacy work and in helping on campaigns. In this session, come hear from women who have been elected. Learn their view of leadership and find how you can best become involved in your communities and state.

Leadership comes in many forms. Whether that is the local PTA President or CEO of a thriving company, these women will share their experiences. Each of these women will present to you, in five minutes, what leadership looks like in their lives.

Facilitated Table Discussions and Networking
Enjoy a buffet lunch while networking with those at your table. Each table will have a discussion facilitator who will lead your table as you explore multiple topics regarding female leadership. Connect, engage and learn more about the day’s themes.
