With a decades-long career, Pat Jones has dedicated her life to fostering gender diversity and empowering women in leadership. She has served as a trailblazer in the business world and left an indelible mark on Utah‘s political landscape, having held positions in the Utah House and Senate.

Jones is founded the Women’s Leadership Institute in 2015, an organization committed to accelerating the advancement of women in leadership roles. Under her guidance, the institute has become a catalyst for change, providing invaluable resources, mentorship, and advocacy for women seeking to break through the glass ceiling. WLI’s alumni number over 700 women who have undergone leadership development programs with Jones. Also, through the ElevateHER corporate challenge, WLI has enlisted hundreds of companies statewide to increase gender diversity on their teams and create a plan to affect company change.

 Her remarkable journey, filled with advocacy, mentorship, and public service, has inspired countless individuals across the state and beyond.
