If Not Me, Then Who?
In honor of International Women’s Day, Bellweather International is hosting a gathering to explore the ripple effect of a single voice. The event will begin with one-hour screening documenting the life of Nobel Peace Laureate Leymah Gbowee in “Pray the Devil Back to Hell.” As a young single mother living through the hopelessness of the Liberian Civil War, Leymah organized a movement of women that risked everything to demand peace.
Following the film, we will host a live panel of women who have embraced the “If not me, then who?” mindset in their own lives and careers. They will share candid stories of stepping into their purpose, overcoming doubt, and leading change.
